NSO 4 Ifin - from DMS to e-Procurement

Adiuto has developed the NSO enabler module for stakeholders to manage the order sorting process in a regulatory compliance context. As for the electronic invoicing module, Adiuto's NSO Enabler module allows automation of the receipt and sending orders to the NSO through the accredited provider Ifin Sistemi, also integrating complete digital management functionalities of information and documents related to the supply, as well as any incoming and outgoing flows.

The solution is addressed to those who use Adiuto and ifin systems for electronic invoicing, and to companies that use other B2B systems but who intend to have an alternative and fully integrated system of the B2B flow with the NSO and with the DMS of their structure.

Greater efficiency thanks to the automation of import activities, indexing and archiving of each order and related documents, simplification of the management of the different sending and receiving flows.
Complete control of the process: from the order to the invoice, customers who use Adiuto and Ifin Sistemi for electronic invoicing have an up-to-date picture of different order statuses, from orders until the electronic invoice is sent to the SDI, and the related statuses and notifications. E-Procurement flow for the creation of links between various documents (orders, NSO notifications, responses and response orders) allows the creation of a single digital flow for the management of all electronic documents in the context of e-Procurement.
