Excellent quality products are designed and manufactured exclusively in Italy, which are truly sustainable for every Italian family and for young people. That's why a customer's kitchen is born from authentic values such as commitment, honesty, respect and originality in Italy and in over 40 countries around the world, with a constantly expanding market. The customer produces over 30,000 kitchens every year, with more than 30 models and 200 finishes. They manufacture 3,000 doors a day on 130 operating machines. The 2 factories with 50,000 m2 of production area produce 4 pieces of furniture every minute, on 2 production lines, with quality control cameras throughout the supply chain. In the automated warehouse, 5,000 packages are handled every day, with instant tracking and control of all production, for 20 loads per day of goods shipped. 160 employees. 30% of the turnover concerns the foreign market, in particular Central America, Southeast Asia, and the United Arab Emirates. The kitchens are in the warehouse up to 24 hours before leaving for the domestic and international destinations that will become their home. The products are distributed in more than 40 countries around the world, at more than 1,000 points of sale, with 250 showrooms active only outside of Italy.

The documentation was completely on paper, with high cataloguing and search times for each document, the transport documents were printed on carbonless copy paper and, once signed, were manually reordered and catalogued in special containers.
Dematerialization has allowed the centrality of information and the reduction of time losses on processes.
The Quality Office and the Maintenance Office had paper information, unstructured and not shared with the company. Thanks to the Adiuto project, the digitalization of Quality has allowed for a more efficient organization.

The configuration carried out with the customer involved numerous business areas and numerous document management processes.
The documents are now easily searchable, both from the Adiuto interface and directly from the company management. Some documents, through the use of workflows, are sent automatically to the recipient (customer, carrier, deposit, etc.). Information is always available and shared between the various offices. The process of shipping the goods has been strengthened with the introduction of the loading report and photos of the truck at the time of loading. Administrative and accounting documents are dematerialized and stored digitally with legal value.
Maintenance of machinery and equipment is better structured and implemented with additional controls and useful information for traceability and cost.
Quality and safety documents are managed in rigorous workflows and all of them are required to have a well-defined authorization and distribution cycle, ensuring deadlines, documents, and an approval cycle.

Customer Area
The information is now neatly placed in the specific document categories and accessible to all users who are entitled to it. All documents have links to other documents related to the same sale or order, thus forming an electronic folder containing the entire document flow.
Graphometric signature process
A signature is no longer required from the carrier for each DDT, but a summary file (load report) has been created, which is signed with graphometric signature and saved directly in Adiuto. From each DDT, its signed loading report can be seen.
DDT signature and photo
The copy of the DDT signed in the original by the customer is inserted in Adiuto by massive scanning of unordered sheets, drastically reducing the storage time. A photo shooting application has been integrated, that allows a photo of the license plate of the transporter who picks up the goods, so as to strengthen the shipping process in the event of a possible dispute.
Golive is in progress with Delivery Control, allowing the driver to have the DDT documents signed on their handheld and to take photos of the damaged packages (as well as specific maps, routes, and traceability).
Standard storage
Storage of documents in digital mode on AdiCloud.it. Through Adiuto and AdiCloud.it GSE, invoices are managed and stored digitally.
Commercial
All documents related to shipments, both foreign and domestic, are stored on Adiuto to ensure a fast and fluent search.
Suppliers Area
The documents can be accessed by all the offices directly concerned by the management, greatly reducing the search times and obtaining an orderly cataloguing of the documents. The documents are stored digitally in accordance with the law on AdiCloud.it

Documents stored digitally on AdiCloud.it, avoiding printing.
Quality and Safety Area
Documents are accessible by the whole company, issued automatically. Each user can only see the documents with which they are concerned.
Quality System Flows

Maintenance flows
Maintenance management is fully scheduled through a calendar of scheduled commitments. The workflow reminds maintenance of all of the next month's commitments, reminds the supplier of the intervention and shows the data and the various KPIs to the dedicated company structures (it is possible to evaluate machine stops, line stops, maintenance costs, fault repeatability, etc...)
