The project aims to meet the need expressed by the client regarding the complete digitalization of the process of convening meetings and related documents. Through a workflow built and corroborated by the presence of automatic remote signatures in the process of collecting approvals, we will create a system that schedules the meeting times, collects the documents, submits them for the signatures of the people in charge, stores them, and displays them digitally.
