The unmanaged process of verification and prior approval of maintenance involved a waste of economic resources committed to the repair of old vehicles at the end of their use cycle. Using Adiuto, it was possible to evaluate the costs related to maintenance in relation to the type of vehicle, length of service, and type of contract.
Managing contract deadlines and documents subject to renewal had been a waste of time in the retrieval of information. The schedule feature reduces the time to verify the validity of documents.
Paper documents scattered among the various offices, forcing staff to move around to find the necessary documentation. With Adiuto, each department has the documents and information from their workstations.

The Digital Fleet Management (DFM) solution for the creation of the vehicle file. DFM will make all documents (purchase and rental contracts, insurance, reviews, fuel cards etc.) relating to the fleet of vehicles used for waste collection available in an organized manner.
Through the implementation of specific document classes and the use of related processes, each vehicle's file will include the evaluation of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance costs. Through workflow, a schedule will be created for documents subject to deadlines with related alerts.
Currently, in the interim, the management has been entrusted the General Director, who will have the opportunity to highlight the anomalies related to maintenance in relation to the vehicles' seniority of service in real time.
The project involves the use of Adiuto to create the motor vehicles file, by grouping all the related documents to a single vehicle (contracts, insurance, inspections, fuel cards, etc.), also combining the costs of individual maintenance operations selectable according to the type of vehicle and the giving an economic evaluation in order to create reports that show the appropriateness of the expenditure with respect to the length of service and number of interventions. A schedule will also be created for all documents subject to renewal or related to periodic activities (e.g. inspections).
