What
The wine producer's production comes from several estates, located in different areas of Tuscany (Chianti Rufina, Montalcino, Pomino, Colli Fiorentini, Maremma Toscana). Each estate is an independent production company, with its own administrative management, and dedicated agronomists and winemakers.
This situation has given rise to a strong need to standardize and monitor the group's general administrative situation more consistently. Each estate, in fact, resulting as a separate reality, gave rise to management, in different ways, not allowing the instantaneous and shared update of the company's financial situation.
How
At the beginning of the project, the company used the AS400® management system, with which Adiuto integrated itself to manage the document workflow.
Subsequently, the company chose to switch to Microsoft® Navision® management. In this delicate transition phase from one management to another for the company, Adiuto's performance was fundamental for the full capacity of integration with the Navision management.
This allowed the customer not to lose data and information in the transition from one management system to another.

Adiuto managed the entire active / passive management cycle of the group companies, which were divided into 16 families. It was possible to establish uniform multi-site administrative management for the same management of supplier invoices.
