What
The customer needs a workflow to manage the creation and maintenance of the product data. They want to avoid duplicates of personal data and check on the status of requests, as well as ensuring the correctness and completeness of the data and documents entered.
How
The system will be the master repository of the articles registry, through a workflow will take care of the request of the registry by users worldwide (English language). Before submitting a request, it will check if a reference is already present according to the selection criteria. At the end of the request, the personal data will be sent to the two SAP/R3 and SAP/S4HANA systems.
