Does sharing content and documents with external parties have a structural impact on processes?

The involvement of external parties on the processes inevitably has an impact on them, having pervasive and Agile technology is the solution. Adiuto CMS is the solution for porting content and processes that allows their sharing with external users (customers, suppliers, collaborators, stakeholders, etc.). Easily configurable and customizable, it also allows involving "external users" in the document management flows and processes governed by Adiuto.

The solution involves the adoption of the CMS Enabler, the portalizer, to move from the approach of competing users to that of nominal users allowing important economies of scale for the use of documents present in Adiuto to external users.

Each required content and process porting system is considered a project and will be subject to preliminary analysis. As an alternative to on-premises installation, the solution can also be made available in SaaS mode.
